The Records Custodian of each court is the keeper of most court records, and most are available online. Court records information includes the parties’ names, type of case, type of court, assigned judge, charges or case information, and any actions that have been taken.

To submit an open records request, you can contact the Bernalillo County Legal Department IPRA Unit. An open records request is simply an official request to view particular public government or agency documents.
